The Villa built in 1913 is at 11 km from Biella. It was the farmland of my family, an artisan and trader family of antiques. The villa is sell completely furnished.
Furnitures, Paintings and ceramics are the result of antiquarian generation.
The house is in good condition and has been occupied till 2012.The roof has been completely restored about 10 years ago, the interiors are perfect: the floors are in larch parquet or in ancient tile terracotta, perfect walls and recently painted. The installations are in good condition; being the house uninhabited, all installation (electrical, hydro, methane systems, telephone with ADSL, Tv) (No satellite) have been disabled (they will be reactivated once the house will be occupied). The house has two hydro systems: from local spring and from aqueduct. The dumping is completely independent and not linked with the net. The methane system (shared with other three users) is powered by a big shared tank. The heating system is provided by two pellet stoves (automatic) and one wood stove.

The house is composed by 2 bedrooms, one living room with fireplace, a dinning room/ entrance hall. The kitchen provides appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and two freezers. Bathroom with shower. On the ground floor there is the ancient kitchen, now used as laundry room and storage room, cellar, for a total surface of about 110 sq.m. The garage -that is in front of the house- is very big ( can host two small car or one very big) and the upper area of the garage (currently unused) could be turned into a small apartment.

The garden is on several levels, and has a surface of about 1000 sq.m. and it is structured as a small park, surrounded by an ancient fence and subdivided by gravel alleys: there are also tall trees, flowers and grasses of all types. Complete the garden a small area used as a vegetable garden, on the south of the house, with a pergola.

The orchard is very big, about 1500 sq.m. and also there is a vast land, wood and lawn- just a few hundred metres from the house- of about 15,000 sq.m.
