A marvellous natural garden on the sea. The owner bought this country house in 1988 when it was an olive oil mill. It took 4 years to restore everything mantaining the materials and the design, ceilings with chestnut wooden beams and planks, cotto floors, stone walls and all the machineries made of stone and wood used to produce olive oil were fixed and are part of the furniture of the living room.

The property is situated in the city centre, in a well-served area with view on the Gulf. It is a stone's throw from the sea where you can ejoy the beautiful beaches, boat tours and diving.
