In the delightful countryside of Molise, 35 minutes from the toll booth of San Vittore of the A1 motorway, we propose a lovely detached house on three levels inside Contrada Cerreto with a driveway from the municipal road and a panoramic view.
On the lower floor there are two rooms with cellar and a small cave used to keep wine. On the intermediate floor there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with fireplace and two terraces. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a bathroom. The total surface is 220 sqm. The intermediate floor is connected to the upper floor by an internal staircase, as well as the external one.
The driveway is surrounded by terraced plot of land and there is the possibility to park two cars. The property includes other plots in the lower flatland. The roof was completely restored in the early Nineties. We would evaluate a rental.

It takes one hour and twenty minutes by car to reach the airport of Naples and one hour and fifty minutes to reach the one in Rome. In 45 minutes you can reach the ski resort of Roccaraso, the most important and extended location in the centre of the Appenines for the Winter sports. It takes one hour and a half by car to reach the sea in Termoli.
The town festival are celebrated on the 15th of August and the 8th of September every year. In the surroundings there are several villages that organize country festivals on Summer.
