In the very heart of Monferrato, UNESCO World Heritage Site, on a fortress overlooking the surrounding hills, stands this historic residence arranged over 6 levels.
The first level is represented by the gardens stretching for over 700 square meters: the garden of the palm trees, the vegetable garden and the garden of the aromatic herbs, the garden of the yew, of the paulonia and of the hazel. On the second level, a large entrance hall leads to a courtyard where there is plenty of space to park till 5 cars. Then you will find the garden of the holm oaks in front of two large rooms with exposed bricks and tuff and wood inserts from which you can access the cellars.
On the third level there is an apartment of over 240 square meters, with wooden floors, a large and bright living area with kitchen area, living room, studio room, bathroom and laundry room. In the sleeping area there is a wardrobe room and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The fourth level is used as a bed & breakfast. Here you will find a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a terrace of over 40 square meters in front of it. Then there is a kitchen, the billiard room, the library and a two-room apartment with bathroom and independent entrance (to be restored).
The sixth floor, the tower room, is an area used to serve the breakfast for the B&B guests. Here there is a marvellous Viennese Conrad Graf piano dating back to 1836. After the patio, we find the other two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms used as a B&B. The upper level is represented by the tower characterized by merlons, and you can use it as a solarium.
