On the ground floor there is the entrance door, centered on three symmetrically placed windows; on the first and second floor there are seven windows overlooking the street. Inside you can appreciate rooms frescoed by the painter Arrigoni who wanted to create country atmospheres inspired by Mugello as well as coffered ceilings decorated with tempera. To complete the property there is a lemon house, with the possibility of creating two apartments inside.
State and finishes
The property is presented in its raw state, and there is an undergoing restoration, currently consisting of four real estate units that can be divided into seven. The restoration works have already started and, at this stage, it is possible to determine the intended use. Important structural work has been done. The overlooking lemon grove and the garden need renovation. No plant is present.

Das historische Wohnhaus mit einer Fläche von ca. 1298 Quadratmetern besteht aus dem Untergeschoss mit den Kellerräumen, dem Erdgeschoss mit dem Zitronenhaus und zwei weiteren Etagen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die Eingangstür, die von drei symmetrisch angeordneten Fenstern umgeben ist; im ersten und zweiten Stock sind sieben Fenster zur Straße hin angeordnet. Im Inneren kann man Räume mit Fresken des Malers Arrigoni bewundern, der eine ländliche, vom Mugello inspirierte Atmosphäre schaffen wollte, sowie mit Tempera bemalte Kassettendecken. Das Anwesen wird durch ein Zitronenhaus vervollständigt, in dem man zwei Wohnungen einrichten kann.
Zustand und Fertigstellung
Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem unfertigen Zustand und wird derzeit restauriert. Es besteht derzeit aus vier Einheiten, die in sieben unterteilt werden können. Die Restaurierungsarbeiten haben bereits begonnen, und zum jetzigen Zeitpunkt ist es möglich, die endgültige Nutzung zu bestimmen. Wichtige strukturelle Arbeiten wurden bereits durchgeführt. Das gegenüberliegende Zitronenhaus und der Garten sind renovierungsbedürftig. Es sind keine Installationen vorhanden.

À l'intérieur, on peut apprécier des pièces peintes à fresque par le peintre Arrigoni, qui a voulu créer des atmosphères rurales inspirées du Mugello, ainsi que des plafonds à caissons décorés à la détrempe. La propriété est complétée par une citronneraie, dans laquelle il est possible de créer deux appartements.
État et finitions
La propriété est inachevée et en cours de restauration. Elle se compose actuellement de quatre unités qui peuvent être divisées en sept. Les travaux de restauration ont déjà commencé et, à ce stade, il est possible de déterminer l'utilisation finale. D'importants travaux structurels ont été réalisés. La citronneraie située en face et le jardin ont besoin d'être rénovés. Aucune installation n'est présente.

Просторные внутренние комнаты, украшенные фресками художника Арригони, который хотел создать атмосферу кантри, вдохновляюсь районом Муджелло, а также кессонными потолками, украшенными темперой. В завершении имеется также «лимонный домик», который должен быть полностью отремонтирован и где возможно создание двух независимых квартир.
Состояние и отделочные материалы
Здание нуждается в полной реконструкции, которая уже частично началась: были проведены все необходимые структурные работы. На сегодняшний день здание разделено на 4 независимые квартиры, но воспользовавшись перепланировкой можно нарезать 7 квартир. Реставрационные работы уже начались, и на этом этапе можно определить предполагаемое использование. Сад и «лимонный домик» нуждаются в полном восстановлении.
