The apartment is situated in Tuscany, in the Argentario, precisely in Porto S. Stefano (Grosseto) in the Residence “Costa degli Ulivi” that overlooks the state highway that connects Orbetello to Porto S. Stefano and Porto Ercole. The residence is 50 metres from the beach, that has a flat part and a part with cliffs; furthermore there is a part with a seaside resort and a restaurant called “Due Pini” and a free beach. The residence is situated in an area called “Soda” (because there was a building for the making of the caustic soda). It is 4 km from Porto S. Stefano, 7 km from Orbetello and about 7 km from Porto Ercole.

The RESIDENCE includes a park with tall trees, various kinds of flowers and oleanders. Inside there are also two swimming pools, one for adults and one for kids, with lifeguards on Summer. The BALCONY of 25 sqm. You can easily al-fresco eat, the view on the park, the pool and the classin Tuscan hill is beautiful; on the left there is the sea. The floor is new; it was restored this Summer.
