Beautiful house entirely in stone, in a medieval hamlet, located on a hill position at the foot of a Stronghold dating back to IX century. The hamlet is populated of less the twenty people. It can be reach by foot or with small transportation. Peace and tranquillity are the main characteristic of this
place, that has a spectacular view of the surrounding countryside, still uncontaminated. Not far from the hamlet there is a train station of Massa Martana and the E45 state highway, that allowed a fast connection with Perugia and Rome. The house is a 11 km from Todi and a 14 km from Spoleto. The house needs a restoration, and it is possible to adapt the property both as a B&B and as a private house, also organized on several apartments.
The house has three detached entrances and inside there are interesting archaeological rural culture remains and an ancient cellar with vault in brick wood. A small delicious roof garden, adjacent to a big kitchen with oven, allowed an unequalled view of the valley. The house is equipped with an accurate study of the metric calculation, and also a draft of a restoration project.
